Rental Registry Program Info Session
Wednesday, July 10 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. | Sign up and attend
Olympia landlords are now required to get a business license and register their properties with the City (without passing along these fees to renters). The City's Housing Staff will go over the new requirements for landlords and do a step-by-step run-through of the registration process.

For Your Convenience: Info You Can Access Any Time

Olympians are beginning to bring about safe and heathy housing benefits through expanded renter protections, the Rental Registry Inspection Program and enhanced access to transparent communications. Each information session will be recorded and made available to you for after-the-fact viewing.
