Create more targeted segments faster by finding the exact right audience for your messages. This feature allows you to use advanced logic, including multiple event criteria, specific text, and numerical comparisons.
Enhanced Email AI
Email AI builds emails faster, saving you time when creating on-brand marketing messages. This feature takes existing templates and generates new emails based on a prompt you write-eliminating the need to manually edit templates.
Flows Journey Preview (coming to all accounts 11/15)
Ensure flows are set up correctly by previewing how individual profiles will move through a flow before activating it. This ensures your clients' automations reach the right shoppers.
International Expansion
Marketers from around the world can fuel faster growth thanks to SMS support in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, and Portugal. In addition, Klaviyo users now have the ability to use the platform in German, Spanish, Italian, Korean, and Portuguese, alongside English and French.
Automated conversations (closed beta)
Create personalized two-way SMS conversations to drive sales using automated messages. This allows you to automatically answer customer questions and unlock use cases like a product quiz via SMS. This feature is currently in closed beta; if you'd like to participate, please let us know here.
