To promote reuse and help customers with their corporate sustainability goals and commitments, Rockwell Automation offers the Sustainability Calculator for Repairs, a tool that quantifies the environmental impact of remanufacturing and repair.

Operational insights and an easy-to-consume dashboard allow companies to quantify their remanufacturing strategy's environmental effects, focusing on carbon emissions, energy and waste. The sustainability calculator reviews product type, dimensions, and weight and calculates how much carbon emissions would be saved by repairing a product vs. replacing it. The new tool is easy-to-use with a powerful interface that enables:

• Data sharing: accessibility to sustainability data that is relevant for investors, stakeholders and customers in easily shareable formats​
• Remanufacturing, repair and value chain tracking along with Scope 3 emissionsanalysis and education and information to help support sustainability initiatives​
• Easy-to-export functionalityallows seamless integration into other data sources for better connectivity to other sustainability initiatives and marketing campaigns

Customers can gain access to the sustainability calculator by purchasing a Repair+ service agreement.
