KPS to Acquire Catalyst Acoustics Group

Paul, Weiss is advising KPS Capital Partners, LP in its acquisition, via a new affiliate, of Catalyst Acoustics Group, Inc., from The Stephens Group, LLC. Catalyst Acoustics Group is a leading independent designer and manufacturer of engineered acoustical solutions. The completion of the deal is expected in the fourth quarter of 2024, pending customary closing conditions and approvals.
