On July 10, 2024, the Board of Directors of O-I Glass, Inc. (the "Company") determined that Vitaliano Torno, who currently serves as the Company's Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations, and President of O-I Europe, will become the Company's Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer and President of O-I Europe, effective August 1, 2024.
