Fried Frank Advises Starlight Investments on £500m Build to Rent Acquisitions

Fried Frank advised Starlight Investments on the landmark acquisition of three Build-to-Rent ("BTR") communities under development in Manchester and Basildon, totalling 1,541 new homes. This transaction, valued at more than £500 million, marks a major milestone in the growth of Starlight's European residential asset management platform and expands its UK portfolio to over 3,300 suites.

The acquisitions include two premium high-rise residential developments in Manchester, collectively delivering over 1,000 rental homes with exceptional on-site amenities, and a 492-suite mid-rise property in Basildon, designed to cater to London commuters.
