Natalie Fogle has been promoted to executive vice president and executive director, real estate & facilities from senior vice president and director of corporate real estate & facilities in Bank of Hawai'i's Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Division. She is responsible for the acquisition, maintenance and improvement of the bank's physical assets, which includes planning, construction and renovation.
Fogle joined Bank of Hawai'i in 2010 and was promoted to vice president in 2014 and then senior vice president in 2019. She led the renovation and redesign of the bank's corporate headquarters in downtown Honolulu, as well as its "Branch of Tomorrow" branch facilities modernization initiative. Fogle also oversaw the development and implementation of the bank's physical COVID-19 safety protocols. In addition to managing the sound investment of capital into Bank of Hawai'i's real estate, she is also responsible for generating quality organic revenue through lease income and oversees the bank's fitness centers, Café Blue food service and its special events.
Fogle is a member of Bank of Hawai'i's Operating Committee, and has been integral to major initiatives, including branch expansion, restack of the bank's physical spaces to support its hybrid workplace, as well as the bank's recovery efforts in response to the natural disasters in Lahaina and Guam in 2023. Most recently, she assumed responsibility for the Appraisal and Environmental Risk Management team and successfully led the group through its full-scope regulatory examination.
An architect by trade, Fogle owned her own firm in San Francisco prior to joining the bank, and she is a 2023 Pacific Business News "Women Who Mean Business" awardee. She earned her bachelor's degree in architectural studies and her master's degree in architecture from the University of Utah and serves on the boards of Ronald McDonald House Charities and Junior Achievement Hawaii. Through her involvement in Junior Achievement, Bank of Hawai'i received the Bronze U.S. President's Volunteer Award in 2023, the only Hawai'i-based company to have been awarded the recognition.
Andrew Fox has been promoted to senior vice president and director of corporate facilities from vice president and manager of facilities construction and property manager in Bank of Hawai'i's Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Division. He is responsible for facility management of all owned and leased bank properties.
Fox joined the bank in 2016 and was promoted to assistant vice president in 2019 and to vice president in 2021. An exceptional leader, he oversees the bank's facilities and branches, business continuity, as well as new construction and renovations. Fox was part of the bank's critical response team for Typhoon Mawar helping with business operations recovery on the ground, and also volunteered for the bank's core Lahaina Fire recovery team to manage vendors and ensure a safe site for our employees to recover safe deposit boxes. Prior to joining the bank, he served as superintendent for Global Engineering and Construction LLC and was vice president and owner of Pacific Shelving Company, Inc. for nearly 21 years.
Fox earned his Associate in Applied Science degree in Environmental Technology from Community College of Rhode Island and his Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from the University of Rhode Island.
