NTCA Congratulates New E&C Chair

NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association released the following statement from NTCA CEO Shirley Bloomfield congratulating Rep. Brett Guthrie (R-Ky.) on being selected to serve as the chair of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce for the 119th Congress:
