This item was initially scheduled to be considered at the January 16, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Due to inclement weather, the January 16, 2024 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was CANCELLED for public safety and rescheduled for February 20, 2024.

The February 20, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting was CANCELLED due to lack of a quorum, and this item has been rescheduled for the March 19, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission regular meeting.

At the March 19, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, the Commission voted to table this item until the April meeting in order to consider the findings of a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA). The completed analysis is provided in the "Document Library", on the right-hand side of this webpage.
