Adobe Express named by HubSpot as an essential app for marketers

HubSpot has named Adobe Express as one of the essential apps for marketers in 2024 (we tend to agree!), and now you can access Adobe Express directly from your HubSpot workflow - boosting both your productivity and creativity.

HubSpot is an AI-powered customer platform with the tools, integrations, and resources you need to easily unify your marketing, sales, and customer service to serve your customers better. Today, over 200,000 customers across more than 120 countries use HubSpot's powerful and easy-to-use solution to attract, engage, and delight their audience.

The demand for content has never been higher, and to make content creation with HubSpot even easier, we're delighted to announce that we are bringing Adobe Express, the quick and easy AI-powered create-anything app, to HubSpot's users. This integration comes ready to use and gives HubSpot customers the ability to create and edit eye-catching images in just a few clicks - all directly from within the platform.

What is the Adobe Express integration for HubSpot?

The new Adobe Express integration for HubSpot gives HubSpot users access to powerful and intuitive image editing tools designed to augment and simplify their workflow - without having to leave Hubspot. It empowers anyone to design and enhance high-quality visuals, from anywhere, whether it's for websites, email campaigns, flyers, presentations, banners, or social posts.

Adobe Express for HubSpot provides HubSpot users with several image editing capabilities including crop, resize, filters, and more. With Generative Fill, powered by Adobe Firefly, you can even easily remove distractions from your photos, change the background, or generate a new image using your own text prompts.

Adobe Express's AI features, built right into HubSpot, are designed to be commercially safe and allow you to create business content with confidence. Produce content variations of your campaign, resize content for any channel, and translate text into any of 45 languages.

HubSpot's native Adobe Express integration also lets you jump-start your inspiration with thousands of professionally designed templates and millions of royalty-free Adobe Stock photos, videos, music tracks, and design elements.

Creating standout brands and maintaining brand consistency has never been easier. With Adobe Express, you can create your brand, implement brand controls and lock templates to ensure brand integrity at scale for you and your teams. Customize and save everything in your Adobe Express brand kit for easy, one-click adaptation across all your content. Then share your approved templates with locked elements and style controls, so everyone can make updates while staying true to your brand.

"Marketers and content creators have loved Adobe's industry-leading image editing tools for years - and now they can use Adobe Express directly in HubSpot to create, manage, and enhance visual content for their projects," said Scott Brinker, VP Platform Ecosystem at HubSpot. "This is why we selected Adobe Express as an essential app for marketers. With this new integration, HubSpot users are more productive and more creative right where they work and without disrupting their workflow."

How do you use Adobe Express in HubSpot?

Adobe Express for HubSpot seamlessly integrates into the workflows HubSpot users are already familiar with.

This means there's no need to leave the app, or go back to the designer, to create the content you need. Adjust images right where you're working. Or easily transfer your designs to Adobe Express for more precise editing tools.

Within HubSpot, you can either create a new image with Adobe Express or update an existing one:

Create a new image

In the HubSpot content editor, start by adding an image to your social post, ad, page, blog post, or email. Then, in the right Select Image panel, click Design with Adobe Express.

If this is your first time using Adobe Express in HubSpot, you'll be prompted to log in to your Adobe Express account or set up a new account.

Design your image in the Adobe Express editor. When creating your design, certain features may require an Adobe Express premium subscription. These features will be tagged with a premium icon.

To save your design to your file manager, in the upper right, click Save. In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu and select whether you want to save your design as a PNG, JPG, or PDF.

Then, in the right panel, select your new image. Your Adobe Express design will be inserted into your HubSpot content.

Update an existing image

In the HubSpot content editor, start by adding an image to your social post, ad, page, blog post, or email. Then, in the right Select Image panel, hover over the image and click Details. Click Clone and edit and select Edit with Adobe Express.

You can also update an existing image in your files tool. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Library > Files. Locate the file you want to share and click the file name. Then, in the right panel, click Clone and edit and select Edit with Adobe Express.
