BMI Indie Spotlight: Mercer Henderson

Hailing from San Francisco, 21-year-old singer/songwriter Mercer Henderson crafts "heartbreak anthems." Her music seamlessly bridges heartfelt narratives with infectious melodies, drawing influences from songwriters like Lizzy McAlpine, Gracie Abrams, and Tate McRae. Mercer's lyrical storytelling delves deep into relatable experiences, unraveling the bittersweet emotions that accompany them. She is currently a student at The Clive Davis Institute in New York and has also recently concluded her first-ever North American tour supporting UK rising star Dylan. With eyes set on her forthcoming EP, Mercer is slated to join both Will Linley and Morgan St. Jean on their respective US tours this summer.
