West Region Team Wraps Up Ta Chen’s Long Beach Redevelopment

CenterPoint's West Region Development Team has swung open the doors on a build-to-suit distribution facility near the Port of Long Beach. The premium facility at 5860 Paramount Ave. in Long Beach is the US headquarters for CenterPoint's longtime customer, Ta Chen International.

The site was acquired more than four years ago as part of a portfolio sale-leaseback transaction with Ta Chen of five Long Beach last-mile properties and a yard in Houston.

The 129,300 SF Class A features a 42,700 SF two-story office, four docks, three drive-ins, a 32' clear height, ESFR sprinklers, and parking for 164 cars.

CenterPoint has two other nearby developments available for lease at 3900 Baybar Rd., in Pico Rivera, and 16627 Avalon Blvd., in Carson.
