David Weekley Homes Coming Soon to Round Rock

The Baines model home will open soon in the community of Double Creek Crossing.

Austin, TX (July 17, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the nation's largest privately held home builders, will soon begin building new homes in the community of Double Creek Crossing in Round Rock, TX. In Double Creek Crossing, David Weekley Homes will be building three series of homes - City Home, Craftsman and Classic. Each series will feature a model home to tour.

In Double Creek Crossing - City Home Series, buyers can select from four floor plans situated on 31-foot homesites. These homes range in size from approximately 1,680 to 2,300 square feet.

Weekley will feature five floor plans situated on 36-foot homesites and ranging from 2,050 to 2,795 square feet in Double Creek Crossing - Craftsman Series.

Double Creek Crossing - Classic Series includes five floor plans situated on 42-foot homesites that range from 2,025 to 2,900 square feet.

Community amenities will include a zero-entry pool, playscape, dog park and pickleball courts. Residents will also have access to a pavilion and multi-purpose field.

Double Creek Crossing is located near Round Rock Outlet Mall, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Old Settler's Park, Brushy Creek Regional Trail and Forest Creek Golf Club. Students will attend schools in Round Rock ISD.
