The man killed Thursday just before 4 p.m. in a four-vehicle collision in the 3000 block of Dickerson Pike is identified as Noah Diego Hugo Villarce, 26, of Nashville.

Villarce was driving his Nissan Rogue southbound on Dickerson Pike when he entered the center turn lane where he attempted to turn left into the parking lot of a shopping center. He was struck head-on by the driver of a northbound Ford pickup truck. The Nissan then collided with a southbound Dodge Charger. The pickup truck was struck in the rear bumper by the driver of a northbound Lexus SUV.

Villarce was transported to Skyline Medical Center where he died. His 9-month-old daughter was taken to Vanderbilt pediatrics with minor injuries where she was reunited with her mother.

The drivers of the pickup truck and Dodge Charger were transported to Skyline Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Lexus SUV and her 11-year-old son were also treated for minor injuries.
