Celebrating 20 Years of Mosaic

Mosaic's mission-and the purpose behind all we do-is to help the world grow the food it needs. Fertilizer products are responsible for up to 60 percent of crop yields, and as one of the world's leading producers of concentrated phosphate and crop nutrient products, we have a responsibility to contribute positively to the communities where we live and have operations.

Doing our part to support local sustainability is something we care about deeply. We proudly support the strength and vibrancy of our neighbors and society through corporate and local giving and volunteerism. We believe that by contributing to meaningful initiatives and programs, we can make a positive impact on our local communities and around the world.  

As part of our 20th Anniversary celebrations, we planned more than 20 volunteer events with our employees around the world. In Florida, we added several Mosaic Cares Day events to support hurricane clean up after back-to-back storms impacted Central Florida.

In addition to Mosaic Cares Day volunteer opportunities for employees, we also offer the Mosaic Employee Giving Program.

The giving program allows employees to donate to qualifying organizations that matter most to them with a matching grant from The Mosaic Company Foundation. And to celebrate with the communities that matter most to us, we are offering this same matching opportunity to anyone who donates through the portal, up to $200,000. Community members can donate to a local qualifying organization, up to $1000 individually.

As we honor two decades and look to our future, we also celebrate the partnerships that have helped us create lasting change in the communities near our operations and beyond.

• More than $34.5 million (USD) invested in more than 840 water partnerships targeting watershed restoration, habitat conservation and 4R Nutrient Stewardship 
• Mosaic has invested more than $42 million invested in more than 2,000 food partnerships.

Employee Giving | Mosaic employees share our enthusiasm for giving back, donating more than $13m through match programs since 2004 and contributing over 51,000 volunteer hours since 2021.  

>15 years of Krishi Jyoti | Mosaic's longest-running partnership in India has grown to include 183 villages, benefiting more than 164,000 people.
