At 7:32 PM, Troopers arrested Anthony Peralta, age 35, 5 Parrillo Court, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles to/ from Institution and 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V- Less than 10 Grams. This arrest was the result of a call for service at the ACI - Men's Intake. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

At 3:28 AM, Troopers arrested Vitaliy Y. Shagas, age 53, of 65 West Cole Avenue, Apartment 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License, originating out of the Bristol Police Department; 2.) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment Warrant; and 3.) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment Warrant. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Fillmore Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake.
