Lane Closure on 3rd Avenue North to Begin Friday, November 1
The closure will allow for water utility repairs to be completed

Beginning on the morning of Friday, November 1, the westbound lane of 3rd Avenue North will be closed to traffic from 24th Street North to 25th Street North. The northbound lane of 25th Street will be shifted to the center lane from 1st Avenue North to 5th Avenue North. Westbound traffic will be detoured to 1st Avenue North via 24th Street North. The road closure will allow for water utility repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, November 1.
