On September 20, 2024, at approximately 3:45 a.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the report of a home invasion at a residence in the one hundred block of Emerson Avenue.
A 19 and 20-year-old male was at home when two unknown male suspects broke into the residence, assaulted one of the males and stole some property. They fled down Henderson Highway, and their descriptions are not yet available.
The injured male was transported to hospital in stable condition and received treatment.
