BPD in the Community: District A-1 Returns the Walk the Beat Program to the North End

The Boston Police Walk the Beat program is back and better than ever!

Our District A-1 Community Service Office laced up their sneakers and took to the streets of the North End, joined by a group of local walkers!

Together, we soaked in the history, enjoyed the fresh air, and got those steps in-all while our officers kept everyone safe by directing traffic and making sure the route was clear.

From exchanging smiles with residents to sharing stories with local business owners, this walk was all about building stronger bonds with the community we serve.
