Nationwide Annuity has selected Brad Carrier to lead the Brokerage Annuity Distribution channel, recognizing his exceptional leadership skills and proven track record of delivering outstanding experiences for financial professionals. In this role, Carrier is responsible for distributing annuities through all broker-dealers, including banks, wirehouses and independent broker-dealers.

Carrier brings a demonstrated ability to foster trust both internally and externally by motivating wholesalers to achieve outstanding performance. He has a strong track record of driving growth, innovation, talent development and a culture of accountability. Carrier began his career with Nationwide in 1999, holding various positions including manager of the Internal Sales Desk and external wholesaler, before excelling in his role as divisional vice president for the Northeast region for the past 14 years.

Carrier fills the position which opened when Rich Porter was selected to lead the Nationwide Retirement Solutions Distributionteam earlier this year.
