OME Case #2024-03358

On August 29, 2024, at 2:26 a.m. the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner was notified of a death at S. Clinton Street and E. Alameda Avenue following a single vehicle collision. Ny'Loni Yates, DOB 02/06/2022, was pronounced deceased on scene. An autopsy was completed. The cause of death is from multiple blunt force injuries.

OME Case #2024-03373

On August 29, 2024, at 9:53 p.m. the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner was notified of a death at Denver Health Medical Center. Fernando Alvarez-Chacon, DOB 05/17/1989, was transported by ambulance from the area of W. Byers and S. Kalamath Street. An autopsy was completed. The cause of death is from a gunshot wound. The manner of death is homicide.
