Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus S.Aleinik receives copies of the Credentials of the Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea

On September 7, 2023 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Aleinik, received copies of the credentials of the non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to the Republic of Belarus concurrently, Ndong Ayecaba Luciano Ncogo.
S.Aleinik congratulated the Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea on the beginning of his diplomatic mission in Belarus.
The sides discussed the prospects of cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries, issues of trade and economic cooperation, primarily in agriculture and ensuring food security, development of the legal framework, coordination and mutual support in international organizations.
Both interlocuters agreed that the first ever official visit of the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, to the Republic of Belarus will lay a solid foundation for the development of bilateral cooperation.
