New dishes and fresh flavours culminate with Champagne Buffet Brunch, taking place every Saturday and Sunday where all-you-can-eat Mediterranean fare comes paired with all-you-can-drink beer, wine and champagne for weekends that spirited, bubbly and bright.

Since its inception in June 2023, this iconic restaurant has enchanted diners, beckoning them to its lush enclave nestled within the Forest Terrace of Pan Pacific Orchard. Amidst the dynamic energy of Orchard Road, patrons are welcomed to uncover a breathtaking hideaway, where an elevated dining experience awaits, centred around the joy of shared meals. Here, every dish is artfully crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients, brimming with vibrant flavours and culinary finesse.

Mosella Weekend Champagne Brunch

Amidst the serenity and lush verdant greens of Pan Pacific Orchard, Mosella's Champagne Buffet Brunch comes to life every Saturday and Sunday. Central to the brunch experience is a commitment to originality and high-quality gastronomic experiences, influenced by the rich and varied Mediterranean-inspired cuisine Mosella is celebrated for.

Begin with an exquisite selection of freshly prepared appetisers served tableside. Highlights include the Amelie Fine de Claire Oysters N3, 48-month Aged Iberico Ham served atop Spanish crystal bread and tomatoes, as well as the beloved Hamachi Tiradito, a dish of Japanese yellowtail, flavoured with mandarin ponzu, truffle and garlic chips.

Mosella's open kitchen concept brings dedicated stations thoughtfully arrayed with vibrant salads and irresistable antipasti like Foie Gras Terrine, Pâté de Campagne, Truffle Mortadella and Beef Bresaola. Mains include the Gamba Roja al "Ajillo", a flavourful dish of Mediterranean red prawn with garlic, chili, and smoked paprika, Cochinillo Asado, a crisp-skinned Spanish suckling pig accompanied by roasted apple purée and Baked Sea Branzino served with fennel and tarragon butter sauce.

Freshly fired from the Josper grill and oven is the Herb-Marinated Australian Wagyu Tomahawk, Charcoal Grilled New Zealand Lamb Rack and Salmon Wellington. Not to be missed are the selection of fresh pasta, perfectly complemented by Pan Seared Foie Gras, and the Tuscan-Style Saffron Risoni with Boston lobster in Cacciucco Livornese sauce, all prepared to order.

For a sweet end, desserts feature an assortment of exquisite cakes, buttery patisserie, fine chocolates and artisanal cheeses. The entire culinary experience is elevated by the soothing harmonies of live jazz music, setting the stage for a brunch like no other in an expansive, nature-filled surroundings of the hotel: an "orchard in the city".

The Mosella Champagne Buffet Brunch is available on Saturdays and on Sundays from 12pm-3pm at $108++ per adult and $54++ per child aged 8 to 12 years old, inclusive of soft drinks, coffee and tea.v Wine lovers may add on a free-flow Prosecco, red and white wine and beer for an additional $58++ or the Champagne package at $98++ per person featuring Aubert & Fils Champagne, Rosé Prosecco, red and white wines, and aperol spritz.

Centre-stage to the triple-storey restaurant is a mirrored column with glittering mosaic tiles, while timber-lined walls and ceilings infuse warmth into the space. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood the space with natural light, offering picturesque views of the lush greenery, while an open kitchen shows off our chefs' skills, just as a theatre bar and live culinary counters enhance the multi-sensory dining experience.

Mosella's à la carte menu, available for both lunch and dinner, boasts a diverse selection thoughtfully curated to delight every palate. Embracing the rich heritage of the Mediterranean diet, celebrated for its emphasis on freshness, seasonality and origins of the ingredients used, Mosella's culinary offerings reflect a modern reimagination of this crossroads of Spain, Greece, Italy and Morocco.
