StarHub Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer, Jacky Lo

Singapore, 16 August 2024 - StarHub is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Wei-Jye Jacky Lo as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective 2 September 2024. Jacky joins StarHub with 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, having most recently served as Group CFO at GoTo Group, Indonesia's leading technology company. Jacky has helmed finance leadership roles in consumer technology, fintech, professional services, and the food industry in the region.

His expertise in leading finance teams and driving successful growth strategies across the region will be invaluable as StarHub continues to transform and innovate.

Jacky will succeed Mr Dennis Chia, who has been an integral part of StarHub's leadership team since July 2015. Dennis has played a critical role in guiding the company through key transformation efforts, including the DARE+ initiative, which has provided StarHub with a platform to perform and compete with agility in a dynamic market.

StarHub is deeply appreciative of Dennis's dedication and invaluable contributions for nearly a decade, which have been instrumental in driving the company's success today.

Dennis will continue to support StarHub serving as Advisor to the CEO from 2 September 2024 until his departure on 31 December 2024, working closely with Jacky to ensure a smooth transition.
