Aaron brings with him 13 years of experience in the areas of complex environmental litigation and government contracts.Throughout his career, he has successfully represented individuals affected by exposure to hazardous substances and toxic materials. His work in environmental mass torts and class actions is marked by the development of efficient case management systems and tailored pre-litigation processes, enabling effective management of a diverse portfolio of cases.In addition to environmental law, Aaron has made significant contributions in commercial litigation, particularly in representing behavioral healthcare providers, other healthcare entities, and their patients.His experience spans negotiating government contracts, overseeing audits and investigations, handling bid protest litigation, and conducting due diligence in mergers and acquisitions involving federal government contracts.
