Missing Person

The Maui Police Department requests the public's assistance with any information on the whereabouts of Barbara Cooke (72) of Kahului.

Ms. Cooke was reported missing on Monday, July 29, 2024, by a family member after she failed to return home after going for a walk. She was last seen leaving her residence on foot in Kahului around 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2024. Ms. Cooke may have been seen near the Maui Lani McDonald's in Wailuku around 7:15 p.m.

Ms. Cooke does not have a cellular phone and requires a cane to walk. Her family is concerned for her safety and well-being.

Ms. Cooke is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-11, weighs about 155 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue colored dress, as depicted in the picture, and red colored shorts. It is unknown what type of footwear she was last using.
