When launching her small business, economics and business major Allison Stubbs '14 utilized critical skills learned during her time at Southwestern.

Born out of fond memories of her local snow cone shop, Allison Stubbs '14 recently opened Jeremiah's Italian Ice, Georgetown's first location of the nationwide Italian ice, jelati, and soft ice cream chain. With her location less than a mile away from the Southwestern University campus, Stubbs has seen an outpouring of support from the SU community. The economics and business major finds joy in bringing others joy, something she gets to do by the cupful every day.
