DeKalb County Route EE scheduled to close Oct. 16-26

Route EE at U.S. Route 69 in Cameron

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - DeKalb County Route EE is scheduled to close next week as part of the ongoing intersection improvement project at U.S. Route 69 in Cameron. Crews from Leavenworth Excavating & Equipment Company, Inc., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, will close Route EE at the intersection of U.S. Route 69 beginning Wednesday, Oct. 16, through Saturday, Oct. 26. During the closure crews will replace a pipe under the roadway, then repave the section.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change. Motorists will need to find an alternate route during the closure. This project is scheduled to be complete in November 2024.
