MoDOT to host DBE Meet and Greet for Improve I-70 Kansas City project on June 17&comm…

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will hold a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Meet and Greet for the Improve I-70 Kansas City Design-Build corridor project located from The Paseo Boulevard to US 40/31st Street in Kansas City, MO. The meet and greet is scheduled for 3 p.m. until 5 p.m., on Monday, June 17 2024, at the Missouri Department of Transportation - Kansas City District Office, 600 NE Colbern Road, Lee's Summit, MO 64086.

DBE partners are invited to an open house style meeting to learn more about the Improve I-70 Kansas City Design-Build Project from the two selected pre-qualified teams:

• Clarkson-Radmacher Joint Venture: Clarkson Construction Company and Radmacher Brothers Excavating Company with HNTB Corporation
• Lunda Team: Lunda Construction Company with Parsons

*Please note there will be no formal presentation but an opportunity to network, ask questions and learn more about the project.

This project will improve a five-mile stretch of Interstate 70 between The Paseo Blvd. and US 40/31St St. in Kansas City. The proposals are due in early July with selection of the Best Value Proposer in early August.
