Celebrate Homecoming 2024 on Campus – and Across the Nation – Sept. 18-22

Homecoming Fest, the Homecoming Breakfast, the Golden Alumni Luncheon and the UMass football team's matchup against Central Connecticut State at McGuirk Alumni Stadium are just some of the highlights of next week's Homecoming 2024 festivities, which will celebrate the 150^th anniversary of the UMass Amherst Alumni Association.<_o3a_p>

On Friday, Sept. 20, from 5-8 p.m. alumni, students, families, and friends are invited to the North Lawn for the annual Homecoming Fest celebration. Enjoy a bite to eat in the Blue Wall and experience the award-winning cuisine of UMass Dining or stop by the beer garden for a quick beverage while enjoying various lawn games. There will also be fun giveaways, arts and crafts, and a DJ providing entertainment all evening. All are welcome, there is no cost to participate, and all food and beverage purchases are a la carte.<_o3a_p>

On Saturday, Sept. 21, start a day full of events with Homecoming Breakfast in the Student Union Ballroom. The Golden Alumni Luncheon is scheduled for noon at Old Chapel and the Minutemen kick-off on the gridiron against CCSU at 3:30 p.m.<_o3a_p>

This year, alumni unable to attend the festivities on campus will also have the opportunity to connect with fellow UMass grads at Hometown Homecoming events scheduled for Chicago, Washington, D.C., Denver and Austin.<_o3a_p>
