Town of Fort Ann - UDS Tree Clearing

Negative Declaration

Warren County - The New York State Canal Corporation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed UDS Tree Clearing will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the clearing of vegetation, brush and mature trees from approximately 17.5 acres and regrade within the limits of permitted UDS 1-22 used for placement of dredge spoils; clearing of vegetation, brush and mature trees from approximately 4.25 acres and regrade within the limits of permitted UDS 1-25 used for placement of dredge spoils; and the clearing of vegetation, brush and mature trees from approximately 9.5 acres and regrade within the limits of permitted UDS 1-26 used for placement of dredge spoils. The project is located on Corners Road (UDS 1-25) and 26 Empire State Trail (UDS 1-26) in the Town of Fort Ann, New York.
