City of Dublin Partnering with Children's Emergency Food Bank to Support Local Families in Need

This holiday season, the City of Dublin is excited to partner with the Children's Emergency Food Bank, located in Dublin, to support local families in need. Donations can be made at the Dublin Civic Center (100 Civic Plaza) through Monday, December 9, at 5:00 p.m. Donation boxes can be found at the Parks and Community Services counter, located on the lower level.

The Food Bank has shared a list of items they urgently need:

  • Canned Goods: Beef, chicken, fruit, vegetables, soup, chili, pork & beans, corned beef, Spam, tuna
  • Dry Goods: Pasta, rice, macaroni & cheese, instant potatoes, oatmeal, pancake/waffle mix
  • Condiments: Ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressing, peanut butter, jelly/jam, pasta sauce
  • Snacks and Staples: Crackers, cereals, Top Ramen, pinto beans, sugar, cooking oil
  • Other: Brownie mix, Jell-O, pudding, spaghetti, tomato sauce, fruit juice, syrup

High-demand items include Bisquick, syrup, canned fruits, vegetables, soups, cereals, meats, and pasta.
