Tanner Medical Foundation Appoints New Trustees

Tanner Medical Foundation has appointed four new members to its Board of Trustees, bringing the number of board members to 23.

New trustees Chris Elliott, Lina Lattouf, Salli Thomason and Mark Camp bring diverse knowledge and professional experience to the board.

"Every trustee on our board has unique skills and areas of expertise, I am excited to see how our new members will leverage their strengths and passion to help forward the mission and goals of Tanner Medical Foundation to benefit Tanner Health," said Nichole Fannin, executive director of Tanner Medical Foundation.

Chris Elliott, owner and CEO of Caliber 1 Construction, Inc., leads a commercial construction company licensed in 37 states, serving diverse markets such as retail, automotive, educational, financial and health care.

He and his wife, Jenny, have two adult children, Chloe and Cooper. He earned his bachelor's of business administration in accounting from the University of West Georgia and is a board member of the Rapha Clinic, involved in the Bremen City Planning and Zoning Committee.

An active member of West Hills Church since its inception, Elliott has also served on the West Hills Church Building Committee. As a dedicated community member, Elliott organizes and sponsors the Carroll County First Responders Appreciation Event and

supports various educational and healthcare initiatives. He is committed to enhancing local healthcare services and ensuring community access to exceptional health care.

Lina Lattouf, PharmD, MPH, is a board-certified clinical pharmacist with more than 35 years of experience in health care. She holds a bachelor's in pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a doctorate in clinical pharmacy from the University of Georgia and a master's in public health in healthcare policy and management from the Emory University Rollins School of Public Health.

Dr. Lattouf has worked as a clinical pharmacist at Emory Healthcare for more than 25 years in hematology and oncology, working in both the outpatient infusion centers and the inpatient cancer service areas. She and her husband, Omar Lattouf, MD, Ph.D., FACC, FACS, a cardiothoracic surgeon at Tanner Health, have three children and three grandchildren.

Salli Thomason, JD, is a senior conflicts attorney at Seyfarth Shaw, working in risk management. In addition to her legal experience, Thomason is engaged in Georgia politics and is an avid follower of Georgia legislation.

She currently serves as a member of the Bremen City Council as mayor pro tem (elected in 2016) and as a board member of the Haralson County Family Connection. She also served on the Grow Haralson board through the Greater Haralson Chamber of Commerce. She was raised in Bremen, graduating with honors from Bremen High School and studying accounting at Auburn University.

After her undergraduate education, she earned a law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. Thomason loves to travel, considers herself the "cool aunt" and has a spoiled Shih-Tzu named Jax (after Bo Jackson).

Mark Camp is a Villa Rica native. He has been with Advantage Office Solutions since its inception in 1984 and has owned the company since 1995.

He serves as a trustee and executive committee member for Ignite Living and Baptist Retirement Communities of Georgia and as the chair of the Richards College of Business Advisory Board at the University of West Georgia.

Camp is a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Villa Rica, where he serves as a trustee, deacon, Pastoral Advisory Council member, budget and finance member and worship leader.

Tanner Medical Foundation's Board of Trustees is comprised of west Georgia community leaders who are passionate about enhancing healthcare access and services throughout our region.
