She has championed greater opportunity for homeownership for underserved communities working closely with advocacy organizations like NAHREP, NAREP, AREAA, and The Alliance. In addition, Liz spearheaded the ethics and compliance program at Anywhere, which has contributed to 13 consecutive recognitions by Ethisphere Institute as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies.

• Jason Waughbrings three decades' worth of real estate experience to one of the nation's largest real estate brands. Since joining as president of Coldwell Banker Affiliates in October 2023, he has leveraged his expertise to drive the future of the brand through his focus on the acceleration of franchise sales and enhanced service to affiliates. He has proven himself to be a valuable guide to consumers navigating the real estate market, the Coldwell Banker network, and to other leaders in the real estate industry.

• Pamela Liebmanis the president and chief executive officer of The Corcoran Group, overseeing the firm's 4,500 affiliated agents, employees, and a broad range of high-impact corporate projects. A force throughout the industry, she's grown the real estate company, now in its 51st year, from $2 billion in sales to over $23 billion and cemented her position as one of the most discerning visionaries in New York City real estate. Under her leadership, Corcoran was named The Real Deal's #1 Residential Real Estate Brokerage in Manhattan for the fourth consecutive year in March 2024.

• Philip A. White, Jr.is president and chief executive officer of Sotheby's International Realty, overseeing the company's affiliate network and company-owned brokerages, which consists of more than 26,400 affiliated independent sales associates located in over 1,100 offices in 83 countries and territories worldwide.
