Lyric Welty joins Trustmark Voluntary Benefits
We are thrilled to announce the addition of Lyric Welty to Trustmark's expert sales team! Lyric will serve as Regional Sales Director for the Gulf Coast region, developing benefit solutions for our broker and enrollment firm relationships in Mississippi and Louisiana.
Born and raised in Galesburg, Illinois, Lyric's journey has taken her from the Midwest to the South. She attended Sanford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication in the spring of 2021. Lyric's professional journey is marked by her tenure at Beam Benefits, a carrier-technology company, where she showcased her expertise in selling a range of voluntary and core benefits. Her exceptional performance earned her the Rookie of the Year award in 2021 and Diamond Club status in subsequent years, highlighting her dedication and success in the field.
Outside of her professional life, Lyric is deeply committed to charity work, an active participant in fitness pursuits, and a talented oil painter. She also cherishes her time with Soup, her beloved Golden Retriever.
