Participants will focus on building their collaborative and leadership skills, as well as concentrate on defining their leadership strengths and values as they align with TSC's mission to discover new opportunities and inventive ways to serve students through a lens of intrapreneurship. Seven full‐day sessions, including an end-of-year retreat, will be provided by TSC leadership along with national, statewide, and local community leaders. The year-long agenda will also include an opportunity to take part in a Day at the Capitol and legislative sessions at the Capitol Building in the spring.
