What did you do before joining LS&Co.?

I was VP of Stores, Real Estate Construction and Design at adidas.

What attracted you to LS&Co.?

Many things, but three rise to the top:

• The brand:I've always been a fan of the brand, the accessibility, the democracy, the ease and the vibe!

• The culture and the mission:The desire and responsibility to not only deliver strong profits but to do it through our principles and have an outsized impact on the world really resonates with me. Those are big aspirations, and I want to be a part of that! I also felt a genuine connection with all the people I met throughout the interview process.

• The role:To be able to leverage my experience and lead the team that is the face to our consumer at such an iconic brand is a privilege - especially at such an exciting stage in our story!

What is your go-to LS&Co. product?

Of course I have to start with jeans. As a former tight end and defensive end, I need a little room in the thighs, so I'm a Levi's® 541/531 guy. But I also love our heavyweight tees!

What is your secret dream career?

Car reviewer for MotorTrend.

What dish are you best at cooking?

Anything Jamaican (jerk chicken is my specialty).
