Hope Valley Barracks

On Thursday, August 1st, 2024 at 5:15 PM Troopers arrested Richard C. Antonio, Jr., age 27, of 26 Helen Ave, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Antonio, Jr. was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, specially arraigned, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Service Center where he was held as a bail violator.
