Judge Christine Le Joins the Review Commission

Judge Christine Le joined the OSHRC on September 9, 2024. Judge Le is a 2009 graduate of the Syracuse College of Law and a member of the New York State Bar. She previously served as an Associate Chief Administrative Law Judge at the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, Office of Medical Hearings and Appeals in Arlington, VA since 2019. Judge Le has expressed her enthusiasm for the opportunity to join the ranks of the OSHRC ALJs.
