Transform 285/400: Daytime Lane Closure Advisory

WHAT: Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) contractors will implement daytime lane closures beginning Thursday, August 1, on I-285 eastbound and SR 400 northbound and southbound to allow for ITS works and testing.

WHEN:

Thursday, August 1, and Friday, August 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Monday, August 5, and Tuesday, August 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WHERE:

Thursday, August 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • One right lane on SR 400 northbound CD lanes from Glenridge Connector to Johnson Ferry Road (ends at 2 p.m.)

Friday, August 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • One right lane on SR 400 northbound CD lanes from Glenridge Connector to Johnson Ferry Road (ends at 2 p.m.)
  • One right lane on SR 400 southbound from Hammond Drive to Glenridge Connector (starts at 11 a.m.)

Monday, August 5, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • One right lane on I-285 eastbound off-ramp to Ashford Dunwoody Road

Tuesday, August 6, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • One right lane on I-285 eastbound off-ramp to Ashford Dunwoody Road

ADVISORY:Dates may change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution, and reduce their speed while traveling through work zones.
