3rd St & Thayer Ave Intersection Closed

Starting Monday, July 8, 2024 reconstruction of the intersection of 3rd Street & Thayer Avenue will begin.

Work will consist of reconstruction of the roadway and curb and gutter in this area. Work is expected to last approximately 10 days, weather permitting. Access to all local businesses will be maintained. A detour will be in place.

Southbound traffic on 3rd Street will be detoured west on Rosser Avenue to 2nd Street, then south to Broadway Avenue, and east back to 3rd Street. Northbound traffic will be detoured east on Broadway Avenue to 4th Street, then north to Rosser Avenue, and west back to 3rd Street.
