There's lots of opportunities - and expectations - to be online and access a range of information and services relating to healthcare, housing, learning, employment, entertainment and talking to family and friends.

But, not everyone is online, or likes to use the internet.

The Council is seeking the views of residents about how they do or don't access digital services.

The results of the findings will be shared with the Knowsley Digital Inclusion Group which includes representatives from the Council and other partner agencies, who work together to support residents to get online and access the range of services available online.

Your feedback will help to shape future strategies and services on offer in Knowsley.

The survey is aimed at people who are aged 16 and over and live in Knowsley.

You can complete the online survey here or paper copies of the survey are available to pick up in any of the Borough's libraries, Citizen's Advice Bureau and leisure centres.

The closing date for completion is Sunday 24 November 2024.
