StepStone Completes $205 Million Equity Offering

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as underwriter in connection with a US$205 million public offering of Class A common stock by StepStone Group Inc. (StepStone). StepStone intends to use all of the net proceeds from the offeringto purchase shares of common stock from certain holders thereof and to pay cash upon exchange of units of StepStone Group LP by certain holders thereof.

StepStone is a global private markets investment firm focused on providing customized investment solutions and advisory and data services to its clients.
