In his capacity as a special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, arrived on Wednesday afternoon, in Bujumbura (the Republic of Burundi) for an official visit.
