Backyard Vegetable Gardening Workshop Oct. 8

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Sept. 16, 2024) - A backyard vegetable growing workshop will be held from 9:30 a.m.-noon, Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Centennial Park, located at 1120 Centennial Blvd. in Port Charlotte.

This program is conducted by UF/IFAS Extension Charlotte County and its Master Gardener volunteers. It will cover the basics of vegetable gardening and pests. The focus is on practical information that can be put to use immediately in the homeowner's backyard.
