Meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea

Deputy Foreign Minister Ilkhom Khaydarov held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Won Do Yong.

They reviewed the acute topics on the Uzbekistan-Korea agenda and exchanged views on the progress of implementation of agreements reached during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan on June 13-15, 2024.

The intensification of economic diplomacy, the development of trade, economic, investment and technological cooperation topics were also discussed. In this context, they considered proposals to increase foreign trade indicators and its diversification, as well as the implement of mutually beneficial joint projects.
