Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 5:36 PM, Troopers arrested Elijah Harrell, age 27, of 179 Harold Street, Apt. #3, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for 1.) Felony Assault, 2.) Domestic Simple Assault, 3.) Domestic Violation of a No Contact Order, 4.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct, 5.) Obstruction, 6.) Resisting Arrest, and 7.) Reckless Driving originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95 North, in the City of Pawtucket. Harrell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the North Kingstown Police Department.

At 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Emory Culpepper, age 39, of 31 Commercial Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense, and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Allens Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
