City of Hayward Collaborates in Annual Emergency Operations Center Training Exercise

Today, the City of Hayward, in collaboration with the Hayward Fire Department and Hayward Police Department, participatedin our annual Emergency Operations Center (EOC) training exercise. This county-wide drill included all city departments, such as the Water Department, Facilities, Streets, Planning, and more.

The exercise is a crucial part of our efforts to ensure preparedness during a natural disaster or other major event. Throughout the day, we practiced our coordinated response and identifiedvaluable lessons to enhance our readiness.

Our commitment to the safety and well-being of our community remainsour top priority. Thank you to everyone who participatedand contributed to this important training.
