City reminds businesses to renew business license

FAYETEVILLE, Ark. - The City of Fayetteville is reminding businesses to renew their business license by Thursday, Oct. 31, to avoid late fees.

Licenses can be renewed and fees paid at: https://www.fayetteville-ar.gov/mycitybusiness.

All businesses, including outdoor mobile vendors, home-based businesses and short-term rental properties within the incorporated city limits of Fayetteville, must maintain a business license unless the business qualifies for an exemption. For more information, visit the City's business license webpage: https://www.fayetteville-ar.gov/297/Business-License.

Online renewal is required on the City's Citizen Self-Service Portal: https://egov.fayetteville-ar.gov/energov_prod/selfservice/FayettevilleAR#/home.

Self-service kiosks are available at 125 W. Mountain St. if assistance is needed to renew a business license.

Business License renewal notices were sent by email Tuesday, Sept. 3.
