Temporary Waiver of Landfill Fees for Residential Yard Debris

The Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board (R-Board) will temporarily waive fees for yard debris disposal from residents through Sunday, September 8, 2024, at the Regional Landfill and the Belman Road Convenience Center. Stafford County experienced a heavy wind and rain event. The R-Board wants to assist residents with clean-up activities. Yard waste accepted at Eskimo Hill Yard includes limbs and debris up to 12 inches in diameter and a maximum length of eight feet. At Belman Road Convenience Center, only limbs and debris up to four inches in diameter and a maximum length of eight feet are accepted. The waiver applies only to residents' disposal, not commercial firms. For more information, visit www.r-board.org.
